Our daily routine may pose challenges for others, but we thrive on them. We specialize in producing items with complex geometries or unconventional sizes. Our equipment can manufacture up to 20 axes simultaneously, perform multi-sided machining, and utilize up to 24 tools in clamping. We can accommodate chuck-turned parts with diameters of up to 650 mm and bar-turned parts with diameters of up to 100 mm, including milling, axial, and radial drilling. We handle lengths of up to 1400 mm.
Quantities
Weber Präzisionstechnik specializes in medium—to large-series production. If you plan to order 100 pieces or more, we are your right partner. However, we can also produce individual parts upon request. Our flexible output and adaptability allow us to respond quickly and reliably to customer needs, no matter how unique or challenging they may be.
Complete production
We are also your go-to partner for unusual items. We manage everything from CNC programming and production to post-processing, surface treatment, assembly, and commissioning of assemblies or sales kits. For surface treatment, we occasionally collaborate with trusted external manufacturers.
