Management must exemplify the behaviors articulated in this Code so that all employees can align with its values. This Code is grounded in our corporate values and social and legal principles, providing binding guidelines for all employees and managers. As a medium-sized family business with a production site in Germany, we are committed to tradition, quality, and a sense of responsibility. Our core values include trust, integrity, and respect for our customers, partners, suppliers, the environment, and society. Everyone in our company must honor and integrate these values into their daily actions. It is also crucial that our business partners adhere to these principles.
1. Integrity and ethical behavior
- Honesty and Transparency: We commit to acting openly, honestly, and transparently. Ethical principles and applicable laws always guide our decisions.
- Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest: Personal interests must not interfere with the company’s interests. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed and avoided.
